ACTUALIZE provides dashboards and ad-hoc reporting capabilities across the C-suite, Sales, Inventory, Supplier, Finance, and Production as well as 360° dashboards for Products, Customers, Suppliers, and Sites.
ACTUALIZE has been developed by an industry leading data and analytics team within the Infor ecosystem, experienced across thousands of successful analytics projects.

A $400 per month discount is offered when subscribing to the Enterprise Module.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR DATA, WHERE IS THE DATA STORED?
PCG Actualize does not store any data. Actualize is built on the Birst platform so your data never leaves the Infor cloud ecosystem.
Q. WHO SUPPORTS THE APPLICATION?
PCG is responsible for building and supporting the Actualize data models, dashboaards, and reports that are included in the subscription application. PCG provides training and documentation to enable users to modify and enhance the Actualize visualizations.
The customer is ressponsible for managing and supporting their own data that feeds into their Actualize subscription.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DATA LOOKS INCORRECT?
PCG will enable Actualize and verify the data. If any issues arise, PCG will determine the root cause and resolve any issues related to the Actualize setup or configuration.
Q. HOW IS MY DATA SECURED?
Your data is stored securely in the Infor Cloud and with PCG Actualize, your data never leaves the Infor Cloud. Unlike other solutions, PCG Actualize keeps data on the Infor platforms and leverages the security protocols that Infor have in place.
Q. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING THE DATA?
PCG believes that each customer should own and manage their own data.
If a customer requires additional support to manage their data, PCG has an optional managed services offering that ensures successful data management that delivers valuable and data-driven insights to the business.
Q. CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE SOLUTION AND STILL GET UPDATES?
Yes. Actualize is an analytics accelerator intentionally designed to extend to meet your company requirements.
Q. HOW DO WE TRAIN AND ENABLE USERS?
PCG supplies training documentation to help you orient your users with Actualize content. If, however, your organization and users are new to Infor Birst, we recommend using the Infor Campus to get started. Or, if you want a more personalized approach, engage PCG to create an enablement strategy for you.
