Q. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?
No – the subscription price is all you pay. That includes unlimited data, unlimited tables, unlimited tenants, setup, maintenance, product enhancements and access to the self-serve portal.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR DATA?
Once you define the schedule for your data extraction, PCG Data Lake Sync incrementally extracts data from the Infor Data Lake. The extracted data is transformed in the PCG Data Lake Sync tool, ready use and insertion into the destination of your choice—Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SSIS, SSRS, and any other system you can think of.

Q. DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING?
Yes. PCG will need access to your target database as well as some other small items. We will assist you with this simple process every step of the way
Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
The setup is very fast. Using a self-serve portal you can set everything up yourself. It’s as simple as selecting the table or tables you want to copy, then choosing how often you want them to be refreshed.
Q. HOW DO YOU SAFEGUARD MY DATA?
All data is encrypted in transit, both from the Infor Data Lake and to the destination database. All communication is handled using SSL, TLS 1.2, to ensure your information is secure.
The PCG Data Lake Sync application doesn’t store any of your data. Data is extracted and transformed in memory—as a part of the transformation process only—never writing data to disk.
