Client Go Live Submission Form

Thank you for submitting information about your client and their ability to “go live.” The information you provide is important to help PCG assemble and publish your information in a “go live announcement” to the OEM vendor partner and for publication on the PCG website.

Please be as thorough as possible as doing so will speed up the process and minimize the number of iterative production cycles.

  • What is the client's approximate annual revenue and employee number?
  • What is the primary industry that the client is in? (examples: automotive, manufacturing, food and beverage, biotech, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, electronics, ...)

  • Please give a detailed description of the client's technology, software application, platform, data integration and business application environment. This is a reflection of the "pre-PCG" technology environment.
  • This is where the reader will want to know what business and technology problems that the customer was experiencing. Please give a detailed description of the business and technology challenges that the client wanted to solve—leading to their choice of new platform and PCGs services.
  • Please give a detailed description of the new technologies (platforms, software, extensions/edge applications, reporting/analytics, IoT, AI, mobility, etc.) that the client chose to procure in order to solve the business sustainability challenges reported above.
  • Please provide a detailed description of the solutions and/or services that the client contracted from PCG. If there were specific methodologies or processes used, please list them. Also include any connections (as appropriate) to the OEM partner (infor, NetSuite, Birst,...).
  • Please detail the major milestones or accomplishments that PCG achieved during the project. Pay particular attention to those that connect to the Business Sustainability challenges that the client was experiencing.
  • Please provide any additional information that you think would be helpful in telling the go-live story for your client.
  • Please enter the date (month/year only) that the client went live with the new technology platform.
  • Please provide the name, email address, phone and role for the leaders of the PCG project.
  • Please provide any further information or people that you would like to thank for their role or contribution to the success of the project. This can include PCG as well as client and partner individuals.
